Scrip Program

WTPSPA Scrip Program

The West Toledo Parochial School Parents Association was formed in 1998 to set up a scrip fundraising program to assist families with the ever rising tuition cost.

All St. Francis de Sales families from any school or parish may participate in this program by using scrip for their everyday purchases. Scrip is simply a word that means "substitute money" - in other words, scrip is gift certificates from national and local retailers. They're the same gift certificates that you buy at the store. Many popular retailers participate in our SCRIP program including Kohls, Anderson’s, Giant Eagle, Speedway, Bob Evans, Dick's SportingGoods, Red Lobster and many, many others. You then spend this scrip for your everyday household purchases and you earn money for your tuition with your ordinary family spending. Just spend your regular shopping dollars with scrip at the stores that participate in the scrip program! Scrip can be used for just about any household purchase including food, clothing, entertainment, gasoline and even dining out.

The new scrip year began May 1, 2011. If you are interested in learning more or earning dollars for your child’s tuition please visit www.nosa.us and click on WTPSPA. You can enroll online, see a complete up to date list of merchants, or read through our Frequently Asked Questions. On April 30, 2012 we will cut a check for your earnings payable jointly to you and the school of your choice. These earnings can be used for Preschool through College.
