You may find that things have changed since your last visit to St.
Francis. New buildings have been rising on the Bancroft Street, the
advanced placement program at SFS is the strongest program in Northwest
Ohio, and technology abounds here in the form of computer accessibility
for all students, and distance learning programs We continue to value
tradition along with innovation. To that end, some things remain
constant: dress code, faculty and staff commitment to all students, and
no underclassmen on the senior are just a few of the St. Francis
traditions that continue today.
St. Francis remains a dynamic school for learning and growing with an
emphasis on traditional academics. We still aim to cultivate a strong
work ethic, respect for individual differences and a commitment to
excellence. Our faculty still strive to engender in our students the
virtues based upon our patron saint of loyalty, honesty, perseverance
and to "Be who you are and be that well."
St. Francis is the school it is today because of you. We need your
continued support and involvement as our ambitions continue to grow.
