St.
Francis de Sales High School is grateful to its donors for their
generosity. A variety of giving
societies and categories have been created as a way of recognizing our kind
benefactors.
Lifetime
Giving Level Recognition
Robert J. Healy Society ($100,000+) – Rev. Robert Healy,
O.S.F.S., was the third principal of St. Francis de Sales High School, serving
from 1967 until 1975.
The Reverend George P. Shugrue Society ($50,000+) – Rev. George P. Shugrue, O.S.F.S., was the
second principal of St. Francis de Sales High School, serving from 1961 until
1967.
The Reverend William J. Ward Society ($15,000+) – Rev. William J.
Ward, O.S.F.S., was the first principal of St. Francis de Sales High School,
serving from the School’s opening in 1955 until 1961.
St. Francis de Sales Society ($5,000+) – St. Francis de
Sales, patron of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales High School, lived from
1567-1622. He was Bishop of Geneva and
is known as the Gentleman Saint. Saint
Francis’s personal motto is the same as the motto of the School, Suaviter
and Fortier.

The
Knights Legacy Guild -- A guild is a group established for the promotion of some good. The Knights Guild is a group of people who are committed to ensuring a St. Francis de Sales High School education for future generations. They have made deferred gifts to the Endowment Fund in the form of a bequest, life insurance, trust or gift annuity. Their gifts total more than $250,000.
