How to Join

St. Francis Athletic Booster Club is looking for your membership. If you are not currently a member JOIN NOW by sending in this form or by contacting the school at (419) 531-1618 and sending a $30.00 membership fee to the school office. (Checks to "SFS Boosters".) We can use your help with our MANY activities for the teams. The Boosters raise funds for equipment, uniforms, ice time, team meals, transportation, awards and facility improvement. Take an active role in the development of SFS Athletics and your sons' Development in these programs.
