Physicals for Fall Athletes

This year physicals will be given by our school’s sports medicine provider, Sports Care. Sports Care uses the Pre-participation Physical format endorsed by the:

• American Academy of Family Physicians
• American Academy of Pediatrics
• American Medical Society for Sports Medicine
• American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine

The date for the physical is: Saturday, June 7^th, 2008

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

*Must be signed in by 11:30 AM
