To be considered for admission to St. Francis de Sales High School, a prospective 8th grade student must submit a high school application and complete the high school placement test.

St. Francis de Sales will offer a placement test preparation seminar on November 13th, 2010 from 8:30 am until 11:00 am. The seminar is free. Please call (419) 531-1618 for more information.
December 4th, 2010 at 8:00 AM St. Francis de Sales will offer the High School Placement Test for all 8th graders interested in attending St. Francis de Sales next year.

A number of forms are necessary for application to attend St. Francis de Sales High School. All students who wish to attend need to have the proper forms filled out and returned by the dates listed on each one.
