Reunion Weekend Volunteers: Alumni Reunion Weekend at SFS is a time for reliving some of the best moments in our high school lives. Reunion volunteers plan events and encourage their classmates to return to SFS in September. With hundreds of alumni returning each year, volunteers find their involvement in the planning and implementation of Alumni Reunion Weekend incredibly rewarding, and of course they love coming back to campus to attend.

Annual Fund Volunteers: Through the efforts of 200 alumni volunteers (class agents and free agents), SFS alumni contribute to the school's operating budget each year, supporting special programs, student financial aid, faculty salaries, and more. These important volunteers reconnect alumni with SFS alumni, build alumni participation in programs, and support the financial stability of St. Francis by increasing Annual Giving.

The Class Agent: is the officer responsible for annual class giving, serving as the link between the class and the Alumni Fund. Objectives of the class agent program include: Increase the number of annual donors to the Fund; increase the level of individual annual giving to SFS from class members; assist in developing a positive relationship between alumni and the School; increase the number of first-time donors to the Fund.

The Free Agent: is a volunteer who has agreed to connect a small number (usually 3-6) alumni friends and relatives to solicit an Annual Fund gift each year, helping to increase their level of giving and keep their connection to the school on solid ground.
