Devon McGibbeny earned his 100th win at the Bowling Green Invitational duals on December 17th.
“Devon wrestled for me his freshman year. I saw him as an outstanding Freshman Wrestler with a great future in the sport.” Former wrestling Coach Janke continued, “He has a tremendous work ethic in the practice room and always conducted himself well in matches. Winning 100 Matches on the High School Level is a great accomplishment. He earned every win!” Devon has been wrestling since kindergarten and received most of his training as a biddy wrestler through the East Toledo Wrestling Club where his dad was an assistant coach. Devon is captain of the team and has been a district qualifier all three years wrestling for St. Francis. Unfortunately Devon has been sidelined for the remainder of the season due to injury. We wish the best for Devon and congratulate him on his 100th win as a Knight.
