We are a Catholic college-preparatory high school community for young men. We promote the academic, spiritual, social and physical development of our students. We do this in the spirit of St. Francis de Sales who challenges us to "Be who we are and be that well."
Michael Irvine took 3rd place at Districts at 106 lb. Sam Burns took 5th place at Districts at 285 lb. Both will be traveling to Columbus next week end for States, though Sam will be an alternate. Good Luck Knights!
He’s a writer. He’s an author. He’s traveled to more than 20 different countries. And he’s living in our nation’s capital. Former St. Francis student, George Stone, has been a busy guy since he walked the halls at 2323 W. Bancroft. But recently he visited with the St. Francis journalism class to talk about his field and how important it really is.
FUN-A-RAMA student chairmen, Trent Morrissey, Brady Gullette and Dan DiSalle, together with Fr. "O" and Mr. Weimer announce with great enthusiasm that the school has exceeded its over all goal at 102% of ticket sales earning the students a free day!
Twenty-seven juniors and seniors were inducted into the school’s chapter of the National Honor Society. Students were nominated by faculty members on the basis of their high standards of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character.
The feast day of the school’s patron, St. Francis de Sales, is celebrated at a school Mass concelebrated by several Oblates. For twelve years it has also been the occasion to recognize many outstanding young men of the senior class as Knights of Honor.
