For nearly 20 years Richard M. Barchick, retired co-owner of Charlie’s Dodge in Maumee, has given a personal gift to the school enabling St. Francis to purchase and raffle a brand new Dodge and award 200 cash winners of $50.00 each in our annual Dodge Raffle. This year St. Francis purchased a brand new, red, fully-equipped Dodge Avenger SE. The lucky winner’s name, Barb Healy, was drawn at halftime of our homecoming football game against Central Catholic on October 19th at the University of Toledo Glass Bowl. Barb’s husband, Bill, is the nephew of Fr. Robert J. Healy who was principal of St. Francis from 1967-1975. Her son, Bob, graduated from St. Francis in 1989.
